Clean, fresh and vibrant on the palate, this Pinot Noir ages on the fine lees for 90% of the mass in steel and 10% in wood, and then refines on the lees for 30 months in the ancient cellars of the Castle. An unexpected bubble from the heart of Piedmont, demonstrating how this region can also have an important voice within the production of Italian sparkling wines. It may contain sulphites. TASTING NOTES In the glass it has a slightly pale straw yellow color, with a fine and persistent perlage. The olfactory spectrum moves around the primary fruity aromas of Pinot Noir, elegantly mixed with scents of bread crust, biscuit and more mineral nuances. The mouth is structured, fresh, perfectly balanced. It closes with a finish characterized by a savory aftertaste. Alcoholic content: 13%.
