Cuveè Tradizione Caluso Spumante Extra Brut Millesimato DOC 2015 by Orsolani - On sale: After 42 months from the date of harvest. Aurora was our family's inn in the early 1900s, where great-grandfather Giovanni loved to offer the sparkling bottles he produced and jealously kept on important occasions. In memory of those years and in memory of that generation we have dedicated our classic method. It is a dry white classic method sparkling wine of high quality as it is still worked entirely in an artisanal way by expert hands and is recognized for its strong characterization of Erbaluce di Caluso blancdeblanc which makes it absolutely original. The straw color is crossed by some greenish reflections brushed by a very fine perlage that plays on the free surface of the sparkling wine. The scent is dominated by aromas reminiscent of hazelnut, spiced bread crust with delicate aromatic herbs such as rosemary and mint. In the mouth it is full with a full-bodied entry followed by a soft sensation; all in a game of well-balanced and pleasant effervescence in its silky progression. It may contain sulphites. Alcoholic content: 13%
