BRUT CLASSIC METHOD GALANDRINO 75cl

The classic method is obtained from chardonnay and pinot noir grapes, harvested in the second half of August to preserve the freshness and natural acidity of the grapes. Fermented partly in steel and partly in barrique, it referments in the bottle, in contact with the yeasts, for between 30 and 36 months. Then, as with any classic method, disgorgement takes place: the deposits are eliminated from the bottle and the liqueur dexpédition is added. We are so fond of Galandrino that we dedicated the family name to him. It is a wine with a deep straw color, with a fine, persistent perlage. It smells of bread crust, with notes of vanilla and hazelnut. Elegant and complex at the same time, it leaves in the mouth toasted notes and a sweet aroma of dehydrated apricot. Excellent as an aperitif, it can hold up well throughout the meal. It goes well with appetizers, pasta and risotto and fish dishes: above all, shellfish and coquillages. Even the combination with tempura, vegetables and white meats is very pleasant. Or, to be even more essential, it is the ideal wine to drink in good company. It may contain sulphites. Alcohol content: 13.5%.
