If today we can continue to taste it, it is thanks to the protection and enhancement activity conducted by Domori, in close collaboration with the Venezuelan Hacienda San Josè. The crops that exist today are proof of the passion, tenacity and constancy with which Domori preserves the most ancient, rare and prestigious varieties of fine cocoa, allowing us the unique privilege of appreciating the rich and surprising aromatic bouquet that distinguishes them by nature. Domori received in 2003 and 2011, for the production of the tablets with Criollo Porcelana, the prestigious Golden Tablet award in the "Origins" category, assigned according to specifications created by "La Compagnia del Cioccolato", made up of more than 1000 members of great importance in the food scene: culinary journalists, Chefs, professional tasters.
