Prunotto grows William Pears in their orchards in Alba and Langhe. The subsequent transformation takes place only with the addition of cane sugar. It is one of the most typical ways to appreciate this particular summer fruit. The pears are harvested when ripe and processed after a few hours, we add only the natural light syrup made with cane sugar. In this way a preserved product is obtained with the same characteristics of the fresh product with unique organoleptic properties and which enhances the particular flavor of this particular variety of peach. They are excellent to be tasted naturally, simply by opening the jar or to prepare delicious desserts, or on ice cream. The syrup is great to drink!
