VINEYARD PEACHES IN SYRUP 4,4kg

The nectarines grown in the Prunotto orchards of Alba, the capital of the Langhe are harvested at the right point of ripeness and processed after a few hours, adding the natural light syrup made with water and cane sugar. These peaches in particular were traditionally grown in the vineyards and, since lunch was once eaten in the field, it was the fresh fruit at the end of the meal! Precisely for this reason they had to be small but extremely tasty. In this way a preserved product is obtained with the same characteristics of the fresh product with unique organoleptic properties and which enhances the particular flavor of this particular variety of peach. They are excellent to be tasted naturally, simply by opening the jar or to prepare delicious desserts, or on ice cream.
