Camporelli snc still prepares Novara biscuits as in 1852, following a recipe that is part of the tradition of the city of Novara. They do it in the same artisan workshop at the time, inside a courtyard in a railing house in an alley in the city center, a stone's throw from Corso Cavour, from which they have never moved.

The result is a genuine, light and fragrant biscuit, also good from a nutritional point of view: very few calories (less than 28 kcal per biscuit!), Less than 3% fat, lactose and palm oil free. The ideal choice for those who suffer from intolerances or want to indulge in a moment of sweetness without guilt.
