Grappa Riserva, distilled according to the traditional method in current of steam and subsequently aged for a minimum period of 24 months in oak barrels. The marcs come from the suitable areas of the Canelli area and are distilled after a short period of fermentation. The color is intense amber. It expresses a dense and enveloping olfactory panorama, rich in spicy accents which, however, do not overwhelm the delicate aromas of the grape of origin.
