It comes from the distillation of freshly drawn Nebbiolo pomace, coming from the suitable production area of the noble Barolo. These, as soon as they arrive at the distillery, immediately meet the stills, thus creating a full, harmonious distillate with remarkable organoleptic characteristics. Subsequently the new grappa is passed in small oak barrels for a period of not less than 24 months thus becoming, enriched by the toasting of the wood, a full and harmonious distillate. The color is clear and markedly amber. The scent is intense, marked and persistent. Reminiscent of overripe fruit with nuances of floral and vanilla notes. Serving temperature: 20 ° C.
