Origin pomace DOCG vineyards of historic producers in Barolo, La Morra, Serralunga, Grinzane Cavour. Pomace processed locally with low yields Aging Minimum 4 years in characteristic barrels of about 220 liters in Acacia wood. The master distiller and the controller certify that this grappa was aged in wood for the period indicated above before bottling Alcohol content 42 °
