GRAPPA DI BAROLO 9 YEARS 70cl

VARIETY: Nebbiolo from Barolo. ALCOHOL CONTENT: 50% by volume. BOTTLE VOLUME: 70cl. AGING: 9 years in small oak barrels. TASTING: extremely clear amber in color, this grappa is very soft from the top of its 50 degrees. Its aromatic complex is extraordinarily broad and articulated, with a prevalence of the fruity range, which allows an exceptional variety and completeness to be perceived: from dried fruit to cooked and canned fruit to dried plums and raisins. This ensemble is combined with a floral that definitely gives the notes of honey. Another distinctive feature, given the long aging, is also the spicy range, dominated by the hint of wood of the barrique that gives the distillate aromas of cinnamon, tobacco and licorice, with a vanilla base.
