GRAPPA DI BAROLO 12 YEARS 70cl

VARIETY: Nebbiolo from Barolo. ALCOHOL CONTENT: 50% by volume. BOTTLE VOLUME: 70cl. AGING: 12 years in small oak barrels. TASTING: extremely clear amber in color, this grappa is very soft on the palate without being cloying. In its aromatic profile the fruity and spicy families dominate, as is natural in long-aged and high quality grappas. In the fruity range the precious note of dried fruit prevails, rare to find so clearly: candied fruit, dried plums, raisins, are combined with more subtle hints of jam, fruit in syrup and citrus. The barrique scent dominates the range of spices, which goes hand in hand with pepper, licorice, cloves and tobacco.
