LIQUEUR OF CHINOTTO 70cl

Delicious and very particular liqueur obtained from the infusion of fresh hand-made chinotti just picked. The extraction of juices and delicate perfumes is obtained by static infusion in alcohol for over two months. After pressing, the infusion is matured in neutral containers for over six months. The product thus obtained is used as a base to create a liqueur of great elegance, dark amber and flamboyant, which has an intense scent of citrus and spices. Elegant and tasty on the palate, it gives finesse, composure and vibrant aftertaste hints of vanilla and rhubarb. Moderately bitter ends the tasting with light notes of dandelion flowers and hints of orange blossom. To be served chilled or to be used in the preparation of original cocktails.
