RATAFIÁ JUNIPER 70cl

Giovanni Rapa, founder in 1880 of the homonymous Liquorificio, already distinguished in the preparation of liqueurs derived from fruits and herbs, picked up the tradition and developed a recipe for Juniper Ratafià. Selected juniper berries infused in pure alcohol with rare spices give the liqueur a very aromatic characteristic flavor. It is recommended to drink it straight or with ice. Excellent is its use in the kitchen in the preparation of game, to enhance the flavors with its unique fragrance. Ingredients: sugar, alcohol, juniper infusion, natural flavors, natural color. Alcoholic content: 34%.
