RAVIOLI DELLA GRANDA 300g

The sweet and citrus notes of the Beppe Dho cooked salami of pure bovine give off a dense and prolonged aroma. For a filling that enhances tradition, we combine it with fine Italian beef, cooked roasted at a low temperature with sautéed fresh vegetables: carrots, onions, leeks and celery.
