LANGHE NEBBIOLO LASARIN 2018 DOC 75cl

From the grapes of our younger vineyards of Nebbiolo da Barolo and, above all, from the Nebbiolo vineyards located in Nevigliep, we produce this splendid Lasarin which, with the nobility of its lineage, combines pleasantness, freshness and ease of drinking. The traditional fermentation, with maceration of the must in contact with the skins, takes place for about ten days at a relatively low temperature. The maturation and refinement are carried out in such a way as not to alter the natural freshness and fragrance of the wine. It has a not too intense ruby red color, but very beautiful and inviting. Bouquet of considerable breadth, with hints of flowers and small berries. In the mouth it has a dry, balanced, harmonious and velvety flavor accompanied by a pleasant tannic sensation, a legacy of the nobility of the Nebbiolo grape. Subjected to a short period of refinement in the bottle, it takes on soft and velvety tones. Although suitable for the whole meal, Langhe Nebbiolo Lasarin particularly enhances not very salty first courses, grilled meats, white meats and fresh cheeses. Its ideal glass is a wide stemmed glass. It may contain sulphites. Alcoholic content: 14%.
