A fresh, highly drinkable Nebbiolo, as Nebbiolo can give in younger vineyards when they are carefully supported towards maturity. Obtained from a selection of grapes from different vineyards, it takes up a never forgotten production tradition. Denomination: Langhe DOC Nebbiolo; Grape variety: 100% Nebbiolo; Year of planting of the vineyards: from 2007 to 2008; Type of soil: gray calcareous-sandy marl; Exposure: West, North / East; Harvest: between late September and early October. ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS: garnet red color with ruby hues; fragrant scent of dried flowers and geranium aroma, with light fruity notes reminiscent of raspberry; dry, warm, soft, slightly tannic and highly drinkable flavor. It may contain sulphites. Alcohol content: 13.5% IDEAL COMBINATIONS: it goes well with fresh cured meats and slightly seasoned cheeses, pasta with Italian meat sauce, but also with simpler red meats, prepared in burgers or beef carpaccio. Serving temperature: 16 ° C STORAGE: ready for consumption in the late spring following the harvest, it remains pleasant even after several years in the bottle. A slightly cool serving temperature increases its pleasantness.
