GRIGNOLINO D'ASTI RENARD 2018 DOC 75cl

"Renard" is presented in the glass of a ruby red color, flowery and delicate, with a slight hint of oriental spices. On the palate it is dry and harmonious, warm and pleasant with a refined slightly bitter aftertaste reminiscent of almond. It is a wine for the whole meal. However, it goes well with delicate appetizers, spicy cured meats, eggs, soups, risottos, tortellini and lean ravioli in broth, pasta topped with cheeses, poultry, white meats, grilled meats, fresh and semi-aged cheeses. Thanks to its spicy characteristics, many also accompany it with fish dishes. It may contain sulphites. Alcohol content: 13.5%.
