BAROLO CANNUBI 2015 DOCG 75cl

From one of the oldest and most precious vineyards of the Langhe, Cannubi, Barolo Cannubi DOCG is produced by the Francesco Rinaldi & Figli winery, which since 1870 has been producing wines from native vines; in fact, Barbera, Nebbiolo and Dolcetto are present and cultivated on the farm. The Barolo Cannubi DOCG is a red berried wine produced from the 100% Nebbiolo da Barolo grape and more precisely from the Cannubi Boschis (which extends for about 2.2 hectares) and the Cannubi proper (with an extension of about 0.6 hectares). The cultivation of the vineyards takes place on soils of different geological eras, Tortonian of the marly and compact type, and Elveziana of the clayey type; clay, limestone combined with the high presence of sand allows for a particularly harmonious and balanced wine in aromas and flavors. The Barolo Cannubi DOCG Francesco Rinaldi & Figli is a red garnet that can be consumed throughout the meal, perhaps in a dinner with friends; to enhance its characteristics it is advisable to have it decanted at least 3 hours before tasting which should take place between 3 and 5 years after bottling. It may contain sulphites. Alcoholic content: 14%.
