BAROLO FOSSATI 2016 DOCG 75cl

The Barolo Fossati DOCG from the Enzo Boglietti farm is a bright ruby red wine with slightly orange reflections. The taut and elegant nose has aromas of dark fruit, aromatic herbs, withered flowers and licorice. The pleasantly fresh and spicy mouth has aromatic complexity and a superb tannic vigor that suggest extreme longevity. Refine 12 months in barriques, 12 months in large barrels, 10 months in cement and the following 6 months in bottle before sale. Wine that accompanies the whole meal. Excellent with cold cuts appetizers, savory first courses, stewed meat main courses and aged cheeses. It may contain sulphites. Alcoholic content: 14.5%.
