LANGHE NEBBIOLO DOC MIRINE 'PAOLO MANZONE 75cl

Nebbiolo d'Alba is certainly one of the great sons of the Nebbiolo grape. The grapes with which the Paolo Manzone winery produces its own Nebbiolo come from relatively young vineyards - 7 years old - located at an altitude of 400 meters above sea level. After vinification, Paolo Manzone's Nebbiolo d'Alba DOC “Mirinè” ages slowly in barriques. Generous and sparkling.

Deep ruby red. It has warm hints of wild berries and is also herbaceous and spicy on the nose. There is a pleasant floral aroma of rose hips. On the palate it is full, strong and generous, with robust tannins that will certainly mellow in the coming years.

It should be paired with main courses of meat and mature cheeses. Try it with goose stew.
