Brachetto di Valter Bera is a sparkling sweet Piedmontese wine with a typically aromatic profile, in which sweetness, freshness and liveliness come together to give an extremely pleasant sip. The nose is dominated by floral and fruity references, which then explode at the aftertaste, highlighting a beautiful consistency and giving credit to the excellent work done by the cellar. Brachetto di Valter Bera comes from vineyards located at a height above sea level between 320 and 380 meters. Here the Brachetto vines grow, cultivated with the guyot system, sinking their roots in a mainly clayey and tuffaceous soil, characterized by the excellent presence of limestone and an exposure to the south and south-west, perfect for the full ripening of the bunches. The fermentation of the must takes place at a controlled temperature and, to obtain the right residual sugar at the end of the process, this is carried out only partially. At the end of the vinification, the wine remains to stabilize for a few months in steel, before being bottled and placed on the market. The Brachetto signed by the Valter Bera winery develops in the glass with a light ruby red color, characterized by a slightly more purplish colored froth. Aromatic the olfactory profile that expands on the nose, where the floral aromas enriched by references to the small red berry fruit play the part of the protagonists. In the mouth it has a light and sweet entry, never cloying, which is characterized by a good final palatal persistence. A label that calls for a pairing with desserts based on berries, such as a tasty strawberry parfait. It may contain sulphites. Alcoholic content: 6.5%.
