LA TARTUFATA Inaudi is the original cream of white truffles and porcini mushrooms.

Appreciated and known all over the world, it has been the flagship of the Maison Inaudi for years. This very concentrated cream is an excellent condiment to use on all first courses (rice, noodles, gnocchi, etc.), on fillets of meat, roasts, with fondue and on any dish of the chef's imagination.

How to use: it is recommended to use it after cooking, diluting one teaspoon per person of LA TARTUFATA® Inaudi with a little olive oil, cooking cream or pasta cooking water and season.
