VIENNA LAGER BEER 33cl

A lover of the German brewing tradition as well as the Anglo-Saxon one, Canediguerra often likes to try his hand at styles that are forgotten or not too beaten by the needs of the craft world who instead always want him to be amazed with unusual flavors rather than balance. The Vienna Lager is a very old brewing style, once very famous in the era of Austro-Hungarian greatness, and alas disappeared except for industrial productions of dubious quality. As with other ancient styles, the dedication of some master brewers has allowed us to preserve the genuine version of this style. Poured into the glass it is amber, the aroma is dominated by malty notes of biscuit and caramel (as the style dictates) accompanied by more delicate hoppy herbaceous notes. On the palate it is medium-bodied, with a discreet malty persistence of biscuit and caramel and a light final bitterness. Alcoholic content: 5.4%.
