BEER CHE BELLE GOSE "ITALIAN" 33cl

La che BELLE GOSE is a UNIQUE and INIMITABLE 8-handed brewing experiment, produced by Daniele Cosenza (Birrificio Civale), Alessio Selvaggio and Federico Casari (Croce di Malto) and Riccardo Franzosi (Birra Montegioco). Inspired by the salty beers of Leipzig (gose) brewed with the addition of white and pink salt. It has a sheer blond color, with a fine-grained white foam. The aroma is dominated by floral and coriander notes, well evident. At the first sip the salt is immediately appreciated, present but never intrusive, which is in perfect balance between the sweet notes of the malt and the delicately hoppy notes of the German hops. A final touch of acidity cleans the palate and immediately invites you to take a new sip. To drink in buckets! Ingredients: water, barley malt, wheat malt, oats, pink salt, white salt, spices, hops, yeast. Alcoholic content: 4.8%.
