Bock (also Bockbier or Starkbier) is a particularly strong lager beer that has its origins in the Hanseatic city of Einbeck, Germany, an important center of medieval beer production. It is an amber colored beer, prepared using a blend of selected malts that give it warm flavors, with honeyed notes that caress the palate and open the way to a perfectly balanced bitterness, thus obtaining a harmonious and satisfying taste from the first sip. Malt: Pilsener, Munich, CaraMunich. Hops: Perle, Hersbrucker. Alcoholic content: 6.5%.
