It is a low fermentation double malt dark beer characterized by a higher alcohol content; it has a soft and persistent coffee / milk foam; the peculiarity is represented by the presence of cocoa beans provided by the master roaster Guido Castagna which, combined with the blend of wisely combined roasted malts, give this beer a taste of toffee and alcohol, with a note of bitter cocoa and chocolate on the finish.
