Our APA is an unbalanced beer: bitter but without edges, fragrant but not monotonous, characteristic but not boring. The absolute protagonist is obviously the hops, the most classic among the Americans and the progenitor of the fruity and citrus ones: the Cascade. Ours is therefore a tribute to a variety that has revolutionized the world brewing scene. We use Cascade during the boiling and dry hopping phases, a technique that consists in adding hops directly into the fermenter to keep the olfactory characteristics intact. The malts used are Maris Otter, wheat and a small amount of Cara Vienna, which imparts light caramel notes. The yeast used for Luppolo Alberto is a classic neutral American strain. Ingredients: water, barley malt, wheat malt, sugar, hops, yeast. Contains gluten. Alcoholic content: 4.5%.
