ISAAC BEER 33cl

A pale yellow blanche, slightly veiled and opalescent with a fine and moderate foam, which on the nose immediately expresses pleasant citrus notes and a delicate spiciness that rises as the beer acquires warmth. It then presents itself, on the palate, with a pleasant harmony of cereals and citrus fruits that interpenetrate, merging, later, in a delicate floral and spicy balance. This leads to a slightly herbaceous finish giving way, in the mouth, to a thin and tantalizing peppery note. Alcoholic content: 5%.
