It is excellent served cold neat, on the rocks with a slice of grapefruit. Alcohol content 14.9% vol. Carpano Bianco is pale yellow in color, with a fresh and complex aroma, in which it is easy to identify the vinous note, complemented by those of citrus and exotic fruits. Fresh cocoa beans and almonds complete the bouquet of this product. On the palate, initially soft and velvety, the vinous note takes over with its complexity and minerality. Persistent and very pleasant, this Vermouth is suitable for any occasion.
