Langhe Riesling is the first white in the history of Ca 'Viola, a new project in Alta Langa. This corner behind the Barolo area offers a land with unique characteristics, in which the white grape varieties can express themselves at their best, in particular the Riesling Renano, a vine that reaches its maximum expression in cool climates and mineral soils. Long aging wine, fascinating in the many facets of its evolution. The bright yellow color presents a wine with very fresh aromas at the start, made of white flowers, white peach and citrus, cedar and grapefruit. On the palate the great acidity is striking, the main characteristic of this grape in its best expressions, envelops the mouth and fills it with sensations, fresh and juicy, ending with a prolonged sapidity for a few minutes in the taste buds. It may contain sulphites. Alcoholic content: 12.5%
