The Piedmont Chardonnay DOC "A Taj" by Cascina Castlèt owes its name to a Piedmontese dialect expression usually used to identify something beautiful and pleasant, which comes at the right moment; on the label, then, it reports, in random and scattered order, a cloud of words that evoke, in the opinion of the most loyal customers, the most salient and interesting aspects of the wine. Fine and, at the same time, with a good structure, this Chardonnay is obviously born to be a companion to all those who love good food. TASTING NOTES Straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose is broad, pleasantly marked by hints of yellow fruits and notes of white flowers. On the palate it is delicate and elegant, fresh, savory and with a pleasant and long aromatic persistence. It may contain sulphites. Alcohol content: 13.5%. PAIRINGS Excellent also to brighten the aperitif, it is ideal with appetizers, first and second courses of fish and also goes well with shellfish.
