TIMORASSO DERTHONA 2017 DOC 75cl

From Timorasso grapes grown on a light and dark clayey soil, Derthona is a long-lived white wine - even over 10 years - which is present in the glass with an intense golden yellow. In the first years of the bottle, the fruity aromas of peach and floral aromas of acacia and hawthorn flowers are perceived, as well as the notes of cotton candy and acacia. The hint of honey is also important. In youth the notes of hydrocarbon and mineral are noticeable less, they emerge more defined and intense after three / four years of refinement in the bottle. Try it in combination with seafood risotto, white meat main courses and grilled fish. It may contain sulphites. Alcoholic content: 14.5%
