Decisive in the mouth, the typical backbone of the variety is offset by the long aging on the lees which gives sweetness and fullness. Elegant, with a pleasant freshness and flavor. It stands out for its surprising gustatory persistence. Wine of great longevity. Alcoholic content: 14%. It may contain sulphites.
