Slightly moved to emphasize fragrance and flavor, with a good softness, with a fruity bouquet rich in pear and apple hints, Blangé is a pleasant wine capable of satisfying all palates. The must is cryomacerated for 40% and, before fermentation, the skins remain in contact with the must for about twelve hours, at a temperature of 5 ° C, in order to better extract the primary aromas of the grapes. Blangé is a clear example of the expression of the native Arneis grape. Born in 1985 from the intuition of the Ceretto family, it was among the first great bets of Bruno and Marcello Ceretto, who, in the great moment of the Piedmontese reds, launched an arneis-based white wine on the market, when this still practically did not exist, an innovative choice and unthinkable at the time, which instead turned out to be a brilliant and winning intuition. Perfect mix of many terms, blanc, blasè, agée, the name Blangè derives from boulanger, the baker of the French, who had settled in the vicinity of Cherasco since ancient times. The label was created by the Milanese designer Silvio Coppola to evoke the intense soul of Blangè. It may contain sulphites. Alcoholic content: 13%.
