Roero Arneis "Sernì" has a straw yellow color, a broad and refined aroma with fruity and floral notes and subtle hints of yeast. The taste is balanced in acidity, well supported by a rich body, savory and mineral in the long finish. These characteristics make it ready in the following spring and persist at best for a few years. Excellent as an aperitif, with fish and appetizers but, given its structure, it can accompany any dish in a dignified way. It may contain sulphites. Alcohol content: 13.5%.
