It comes from the distillation of fresh Nebbiolo pomace from the production vocation of the classic Barbaresco. Distilled according to the traditional method in current of steam, they give a fine and rich aromatic, harmonious and decisive brandy. Subsequently it is left to rest in oak barrels for a period of not less than 24 months thus originating a full distillate rich in varietal aromas. The color is clear and markedly amber. The scent is intense, marked and persistent. It is reminiscent of wildflowers, vanilla and less pronounced roasted and woody notes.
