The Carnaroli Classico, known as the "King of Rice", is a historical variety with excellent culinary properties and counted among the best risotto types of rice.

The large size of the grain, its extended pearl and the high percentage of amylose ensure excellent cooking resistance. The grain remains al dente in the heart and, gradually releasing the superficial starch during cooking, guarantees an excellent balance with the condiments and a perfect final creaming.

It also lends itself well to tasty timbales, side dishes and salads.

Cooking time 14-16 minutes.
