Nebbiolo is the king of Piedmontese vines. This wine is dedicated to Alfonso, in Piedmontese Funsu, father of Angelo and a virtuous farmer who is faithful to his land. The wine has a ruby red color, with garnet reflections typical of the grape. The nose is floral and fruity, full of hints reminiscent of violet and rose. The light tannins envelop the mouth in a delicate and elegant way. The balance and harmony make this Nebbiolo quite drinkable and invite you to another glass. PAIRING: Ideal with typical Piedmontese appetizers such as raw meat (tartare or Albese), veal with tuna sauce and Russian salad.
