Genny is the classic result that comes from Italian creativity and from the bond with the territory. The brewer is like the cook and when he creates a recipe he is inspired by a tradition, he seeks an identity using local products and with his own sensitivity he gives new sensations to the palate and brain of people. With Genny, Lorenzo Turco has interpreted the Belgian style of Blanche, light and fragrant wheat beers with high fermentation, with a spice of bitter orange and coriander seeds. He interpreted it by inserting lemon zest and the Genepì flower, the Artemisia that grows in the Susa Valley, into the recipe. The alpine flower does not hide from the nose and makes this beer exceptionally fresh and ideal for the aperitif. Ingredients: Water, barley malt, wheat, hops, Genpì flowers (0.05%), spices, yeast. CONTAINS GLUTEN. Alcoholic content: 4.8%.
