BAROLO BRUNATE 2015 DOCG 75cl

In this selection born back in 1958, Barolo finds one of its highest expressions. In fact, Brunate has been a highly suited area in the Langa since 1300, today recognized as an Additional Geographical Mention. Low yields per hectare, harvesting of the grapes at complete and perfect ripeness, careful selection of the grapes sent for vinification. At sight it shows a magnificent garnet red color with ruby reflections, of the right intensity and tone. On the nose the bouquet is composite, rich, full and persistent, with flavors of vanilla, sweet spices, tobacco, mountain hay and undergrowth. On the palate we find all this with important taste sensations that reveal its imperious, noble, warm and velvety character. The aromatic persistence is long and intense. PAIRING: ideal with very structured first courses, grilled red meats, feathered and furred game as well as aged cheeses. It may contain sulphites. Alcohol 14%
