Type: Aromatic grappa aged in wood. Grape variety: Moscato. Pomace origin: S. Stefano Belbo and neighboring municipalities, land of deletion for the production of Moscato Bianco del Piemonte. COLOR: amber shades and reflections tending to antique pink laurel. BOUQUET: memories of exotic fruit blend with the freshest hints of acacia, wisteria, elderflower and rosemary. The notes of the wood are complex and well harmonized with the fruity and floral components, developing almost a spicy. TASTE: round in the mouth with a sweet entry, wide and never decomposed. The balance of taste is enhanced by the body and persistence of the distillate which holds the mouth with great authority and personality. Sweet, balsamic nuances and memories of acacia honey. The after-smell is clean and confirms the initial olfactory sensations. Long and persistent but never cloying or caramel. ALCOHOL CONTENT: 41.5% by volume.
