BARBERA D'ASTI DOP BATTAGLIONE 75CL

From the vinification in absolute purity of grapes from the 100% Barbera vineyard bred within the company areas of the renowned Ratti winery in Piedmont. The vinification foresees the destemming-pressing of the grapes from the bunch and a subsequent alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of about 30 ° C in stainless steel tanks. Characteristics of this Piedmontese red wine

Appearance the wine has a deep ruby red color with purple reflections.
